When you submit the enquiry form on our Contact page, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, WhatsApp number, email address if you provide one, the type of shoot you are planning, your preferred date if specified, and the content of your message.

If you contact us directly by WhatsApp, phone, email or Instagram, we hold whatever information you send us through those channels. We do not buy contact details from third parties and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

We use the information you send solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss your requirements, check availability for your dates, and — if you go on to book — to deliver the work you have commissioned.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking us to.

Our enquiry form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-handling service. When you submit the form, the details you entered are transmitted to Web3Forms' servers and forwarded to us by email. Web3Forms therefore processes that data on our behalf, and its own privacy terms apply to that transmission. If you would rather not use a third-party form, contact us directly on WhatsApp, by phone or by email instead — those details are on our Contact page.

Our Contact page also embeds a Google Maps frame. Loading that frame may allow Google to set cookies or record your IP address under its own privacy terms.

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own. Embedded third-party content, such as the Google Maps frame on the Contact page, may set cookies under its provider's terms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; doing so will not prevent you from using this site or contacting us.

Photographs displayed on this website are our own work. Where images show identifiable clients, they appear with the relevant permission. If you are featured in an image on this site and would like it removed, email us and we will take it down.

Images on this site are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, redistributed or used commercially without written permission.

This site is served over HTTPS, so information submitted through it is encrypted in transit. Enquiry details reach us by email and are retained only as long as needed to respond to and service your enquiry. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email us and we will action the request.
