HeyGuys Studio

HeyGuys Studio is a photography and cinematography studio founded and creatively directed by Nikhil Gupta, working out of Delhi NCR with coverage across India and internationally. Over nine years the studio has delivered more than 5,000 projects, ranging from full multi-day Indian weddings through to single-session portrait and commercial work. Nikhil's approach is documentary first: the team works through an event capturing rituals, family moments and unguarded reactions as they actually unfold, rather than interrupting proceedings to stage them. That preference shapes how the studio staffs and plans a shoot, with coverage mapped to the day's real timeline instead of a fixed shot list. Photography and cinematography are offered together and coordinated as one unit, so the two teams never work against each other or block a guest's view of the moment they came to see.

What clients consistently describe is a process that stays calm from the first conversation to the final album. Locations for couple sessions are scouted in advance and matched to the people being photographed, not recycled between bookings. On the day, direction is deliberately light — couples and families are guided into comfortable situations and then largely left alone, which is why the resulting frames read as natural rather than posed. Every project is delivered as a curated, colour-graded gallery, and can be extended into a designed print album laid out as narrative spreads rather than a flat export of files. The studio takes on weddings, pre-wedding and engagement sessions, ceremonies including Haldi, Mehndi, Sangeet and reception, maternity and birthday sessions, and commercial work spanning corporate events, product, fashion, real estate and brand campaigns.
